BSDEX offers a technically reliable and transparent environment for trading digital assets under German jurisdiction, which is regulated by Section 2 para. 12 of the KWG (German Banking Act). Requirements of the securities regulation do not apply to the trading of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. Open order books ensure transparency and provide information about existing orders and the current market situation at any time. Investors' orders are executed against each other according to fixed rules. These rules can be viewed transparently in the investor policy. The internal market surveillance monitors whether the prices are in line with the market. There is no market surveillance by BaFin or other regulatory authorities.
